We have completed our PA Department of Agriculture (PDA) food health and safety inspection and now offer our products via several local stores as well as direct sales at a variety of seasonal craft events (see ‘Sales and Events’ tab above. We can also be contacted directly and will work with you for a pickup, delivery, or shipment depending on your location.

All products are currently packaged in food grade PET plastic BPA Free jars with a pressure seal and pour cap or a food grade HPDE bucket with a gasket sealed lid + tamper resistant strip . Containers, pressure seals and caps all of U.S. origin. Pricing as follows (picture of bottle sizes for reference provided below):

Honey Varieties we offer (Availability is Seasonally and Weather Dependent) :

• Spring Light Honey - Mixed floral variety of honey consisting of dandelion, buttercup, nettle, fruit tree, and clover. Has a smooth robust traditional taste.

• Summer Light Amber - Mixed floral variety of honey consisting of wild cherry, tulip popular, and milk weed; maybe a hint of locust. Has a rich slightly candied taste.

• Fall Light Honey - Mixed floral variety of honey consisting primarily of clover, alfalfa, and sun flower. Has a smooth taste, with a hint of a sun flower seed finish.

• Fall Dark Amber Honey - Mixed floral variety consisting primarily of Golden Rod. Has a nice malty flavor, perhaps with a very subtle toffee undertone.

• Fall Dark Honey - Mixed floral variety consisting primarily of Japanese Knotweed. Is a rich full-flavored honey with a subtle berry (think black berry) finish.

• Creamed Honey - Mixed floral variety (a very fine-grained crystallized product which is used more as a spread). Has a very smooth texture with an apple butter kind of consistency.
